candle & intention care
need to know
Safety first! Keep lit candles in well-ventilated areas, within sight at all times, and away from children, forests, pets, gasoline, drafts, bales of hay, drafts, hairspray, ceiling fans, and antique book collections. It’s important that you use candles responsibly to ensure their safe use.
- Your candle is made with 100% soy wax in a glass status jar. All ingredients used are organic and hand placed on the candle, so some variations are to be expected.
- Things may come loose during shipping, if so just place them in the candle, away from the wick before lighting.
- Never leave a burning candle unattended, do not let the candle burn so low as to catch the remaining herbs on fire.
-Only burn on a heat resistant surface and practice extreme caution while moving a lit or recently extinguished candle. Always extinguish burning candles before leaving the room or going to sleep.
- Store your candle in a temperature controlled area away from direct sunlight.
- - Before using your candle for the first time, be sure to remove any item that is not meant to stay in. Always remove any glass item like jars, or trinkets. If your candle comes with additional ritual or intention setting items, remove those too. With your purchase, you will receive detailed instructions, be sure to read those thoroughly before your first light. If you're still unsure, please email us!
- Wood wicks take more time to get burning, use a safety match or light to light the candle from the bottom of the wick base. Do not light your candle from the top like you would with a cotton wick.
- Always trim your wicks to about a 1/4 inch before lighting
- The first time you light your candle, allow the wax to melt to the edge of the container to avoid "tunneling". During this first burn you can remove any charms, crystals, or stones if you want. Please use caution these items may be hot!
- Burning a candle for more than 2-3 hours at a time is not recommended
- Any item in your candle can be cleaned with warm water. Soy wax is water solvent.
- Always snuff your candle, you don't want to blow away your intentions!

intention work
When putting out your intention candle it's important to never blow it out as to not blow out the intention. You want to use a candle snuffer as to put a pause to your manifestations, so you can come back to it at a later time.
This candle and crystals were charged in moonlight after being cleansed. Clean your stone with warm water once you have burned your candle down, keep it with you or set it in your home so you can continue to benefit from its properties. You’ll also receive an affirmation card to recite as you light the candle to heighten your intentions and manifestations.
Please use caution when removing the stones. Never do so when candle is lit or recently put out. It is recommended you take a disposable spoon or tongs to remove the stone after the candle has been out for at least 3 minutes, so the wax is malleable but not scalding. Wipe the wax off the candle with a paper towel, do not rinse with water as the wax will either harden or flush down the drain and get stuck in your pipes.
