Processing time
The time Triple Moon Waxcraft needs to create and ship an order varies. All of our candles are hand poured by members of our team. Curating our products requires the upmost attention and care to ensure the manifestations and intentions of each candle are up to the highest standards. As such candles can take up to 10 - 14 business days to be shipped.
Our candles are poured during particular moon phases that enhance and compliment the intentions of each candle, this can also alter shipping times.
Estimated shipping times
North America: 3-5 business days
We do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose, as well as any delays incurred with USPS.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Triple Moon Waxcraft is not responsible for any delays due to customs.
Return & Exchange Policy
Returns
Triple Moon Waxcraft does not accept returns, but gladly accepts exchanges.
Contact customer service within: 5 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery
Conditions of exchanges
Just like our candles, every situation is unique. Please email us your questions or concerns so we can find a solution together. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
