Here are a few important notes:
-Safety first! Keep lit candles in well-ventilated areas, within sight at all times, and away from children, forests, pets, gasoline, drafts, bales of hay, hairspray, ceiling fans, and antique book collections. Always extinguish burning candles before leaving the room or going to sleep!
- Store candles in a temperature controlled area away from direct sunlight.
-The first time you light your candle, allow the wax to melt to the edges of the container to avoid “tunneling." During this first melt you can carefully remove the stones and crystals if you want. Be careful these can be hot!
- Wood wicks take more time to get burning, use a safety match or lighter to light from the bottom of the wick base.
- Trim wicks to a 1/4 inch each time before lighting.
- Burning a candle for more than 2-3 hours at a time is not recommended.
- Your stones and crystals can be cleaned with warm water, soy wax is water solvent.
- Always snuff your candle, you do not want to blow away your intention!!

Jocelyn Sterling would love to work with you to create a one-of-a-kind, custom candle for your intentions and manifestations. She is a wax artist who has created custom works for deities, memorials, birthdays, weddings, anniversaries, classes, and any other offering or energy that you need to manifest. These do take time; Jocelyn Sterling and you work together to customize every element. Once you have placed your order she will send you a direct message. Selections will be made for candle type, colors, scent profile, a wax design, crystals and formation, herbs and formation, as well as any other add ins you wish. Jocelyn Sterling pours in small batches of three candles.
Triple Moon Waxcraft also offers custom candles for larger events such as weddings, anniversaries, memorials, with custom and private label options.

Triple Moon Waxcraft generally is able to process and ship orders within 4-7 business days. From there shipping is dependent on the carriers’ current ship time. You will receive tracking information once the candle has been shipped.
In most locations this should not be a problem! Our in-person selling system is different than the one use for our online store. If you can, email or message us before you intend on shopping at one of our faire locations to ensure we have the ability to run the transaction.
Sometimes even a small smudge can ruin a QR code. If your code won't scan please DM, or email us and we can send you all of the important information you need for your candle.
There is a wide variety of crystals, charms, and herbs used in our candles. As always, never leave a lit candle unattended, and use proper candle safety. Most inclusions are supposed to be left in the candle when you burn it, with the exception of glass, or items that are meant for separate rituals. Your candle will come with information clearly detailing how best to care for your candle, be sure to read it thoroughly before burning.
